INTRODUCTION


接觸式 (contact type) 應變量測方式:

 常見的硬度量測比較:

一、壓痕硬度:受動/靜荷重產生永久壓痕。
*勃氏硬度(HB)=P/A, P為施加之荷重,A為球面壓痕表面積。
*維克氏硬度(HV)=P/A, P為施加之荷重,A為壓痕表面積。
*洛氏硬度(HRC)=將壓痕深度經機構原理轉換成指示盤之刻度。

二、反跳高度:試片受衝擊荷重之能量吸收程度。
*蕭氏硬度(HS):量測小撞錘之反跳高度。
