虛擬實境 (Virtual Reality)

人類想像力的實現，可以靠電腦繪圖、電腦動畫呈現，更可靠虛擬實境(Virtual Reality, VR)，建構一個虛擬的環境，讓人們置身其中，透過其他裝置，讓人可以看得到、摸得到、還能聞得到虛擬物件。

現在的虛擬實境裝置，現階段要普及很難，與手機這種手持裝置相比，原因在於（1）高價（2）不易攜帶 [FTChinese,2016]；

鍛造成形分析模擬技術 (Simulation Technologies of Forging Process)

CAE softwares : SFTC DEFORM, SIMUFACT, ... .

鍛造成形分析主要目的有二點：

  1. 評估道次設計與預成形設計，對於胚料流動與成形性之影響。
  2. 模具應力與模具壽命預估。

分析技巧：

1. 以 2D 模擬進行軸對稱成形分析，如鍛粗、打頭等預成形工法，再以 3D 進行循環對稱 or 非對稱分析。應用例為：


  • (1) 航太扣件三道次成形，以 DEFORM 2D 進行第一及第二道次之軸對稱打頭、鍛粗成形，再以DEFORM 3D 進行第三道次之齒形成形 [MacCormack,2002]。
  • (2) 以DEFORM 2D 評估不同預成形設計對流動速度之影響，以避免疊料缺陷，再進行 3D 齒栓成形 [Sheu,2009]。
  • (3) 齒栓六道次成形，以 MSC/AutoForge 進行 1～5 道次之 2D 打頭成形，再進行第六道次的 3D 齒栓成形分析 [Behrens,1998]。
