鍛造成形分析模擬技術 (Simulation Technologies of Forging Process)

鍛造成形分析主要目的有二點:
1. 評估道次設計與預成形設計,對於胚料流動與成形性之影響。
2. 模具應力與模具壽命預估。

分析技巧:
1. 以 2D 模擬進行軸對稱成形分析,如鍛粗、打頭等預成形工法,再以 3D 進行循環對稱 or 非對稱分析。應用例為:
- (1) 航太扣件三道次成形,以 DEFORM 2D 進行第一及第二道次之軸對稱打頭、鍛粗成形,再以DEFORM 3D 進行第三道次之齒形成形 [MacCormack,2002]。
- (2) 以DEFORM 2D 評估不同預成形設計對流動速度之影響,以避免疊料缺陷,再進行 3D 齒栓成形 [Sheu,2009]。
- (3) 齒栓六道次成形,以 MSC/AutoForge 進行 1~5 道次之 2D 打頭成形,再進行第六道次的 3D 齒栓成形分析 [Behrens,1998]。
