保桿內樑連續輥軋成形 (Roll forming of the bumper beam)


常見的保桿內樑造型:具有統一斷面輪廓,並彎成特定曲率。[1]


保桿內樑成形方法,可以有:
(1)沖壓 =》銲接 =》折彎;
(2)連續輥軋 =》銲接 =》 輥彎、掃掠或折彎;

保桿內樑屬於保安部品,材料強度高,並透過斷面設計來提升保桿內樑之結構剛性,
透過連續輥軋之漸進式成形方法,才能有效率地生產內樑。

保桿內樑連續輥軋的重點在於輥花圖設計 (roll flower design),其輥花圖如下圖 [1]
折彎順序為由外而內,銲接位置留在中間頂端,此時做出的保桿內樑是筆直外形。


要將直的保桿內樑變成彎曲外形,方法有二:

(1)利用排輥或輥彎,透過輥輪對鈑料進行彎曲成形;[2]


(2)利用掃掠成形(sweep forming),以擺頭對鈑料擺動成形,可參考下圖。[3]
